This notice explains how Lodestone Enterprise Ltd handles personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It covers our corporate site at lodestoneenterprise.co.uk and the people whose data we hold as enquirers, clients and contacts. Our ventures (Renownly, Silotica and Clawback) may publish their own additional terms for their own services.
01Who we are
For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is:
- Controller: Lodestone Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17265873).

- Registered office: available from Companies House. We deal with privacy enquiries by email.
02Data we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may process:
- Enquiry data. If you email us, the name, business email and any details you choose to share.
- Client data. Where you buy a service from us or one of our ventures, contact and billing details, and any materials you provide for the work.
- Payment data. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
This corporate site sets no cookies, runs no third-party advertising trackers, and does no cross-site profiling. We do not seek special-category data (such as health, ethnicity or political views); please do not include it in materials you send us.
03How and why we use it
We only use personal data where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

Any direct marketing we send to businesses is on a corporate-subscriber basis, carries a working opt-out, and links back to this notice. You can opt out at any time and we will not contact you again.
04How long we keep it
- Enquiry and prospect data: until you opt out, or 24 months from our last contact, whichever is sooner.
- Suppression list: kept indefinitely, used only to make sure we do not contact you again.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years.
- Accounting records: 6 years, to meet legal obligations.
06International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
07Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate data corrected;
- Ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
- Restrict or object to how we process your data;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Object to direct marketing at any time.
